Hello, I just downloaded kGTD a while ago. Followed the instructions, I think, which I am usually pretty good at. Opened the Advanced Document paletter, clicked the box for Document Specific Toolbar, the custom sheet came down, but I found nothing that looked like a kGTD icon.
The sync.scpt item was in its proper location, according to a post I found on the Forum.
I re-downloaded, re-installed, went through the process again, same result.
I’m running a 12 inch, G4 Powerbook, 10.4.9
Any ideas?
Thanks and Take Care, David Scott Lynn
Re: No kGTD icons in Customization sheet of OO Pro
For some reason OOP can’t access the scripts you’ve installed. Most likely its a permissions problem.
If the Sync, Twin, & Context scripts are in the correct place, ./Users/YourUserName/Library/Scripts/Applications/OmniOutliner_Pro/Kinkless/, then check the permissions on that folder and the enclosing folders, or just repair your permissions.
Re: No kGTD icons in Customization sheet of OO Pro
I apologize profusely, but I think I was wrong. There are four icons in the OmOut-Pro customization sheet that I think are kGTD icons. However, I had never looked at one ot these sheets before, so I did not know they were non-OO-Pro icons, but were the kGTD icons. There is nothing on the icons to indicate this. I am assuming that if I read some documentaion somewhere, how to use them will be explained to me. I will find the documentation and see if I can figure it out.
If I cannot, I will advise.
Thanks, David Scott Lynn

I had the same exact problem (the instructions could perhaps be tweaked a bit?). I am now going to hunt down descriptions of these four mysterious icons of which you speak!
