Somehow, the buttons for individual actions disappeared from the utility drawer. The rest other buttons are there and work as expected, but all the “context” buttons are gone. What can I do?
It sounds like that the Sync script didn’t finish the last time that you ran it. The sync script actually does its processing on the tasks in the Projects section and then uses that to regenerate the Contexts, including the list under Actions in the Utilities drawer. So save a copy of your kGTD file and then rerun the Sync script, and your Contexts should be regenerated.
Thank you. Another small question: In ths KGTD Settings under Actions Settings, tehre’s a parameter “Next action summary section”, which is set to ‘True’ in my case. I would expect, that as a result I would have a list of all avaiable next actions independend fro the context/project. Is this correct? And: where would I find this list?
The latest version of kGTD removed that feature becuase (I think) it conflicted with bi-directional syncing, which was a new feature in version 0.83. Unfortunately, the setting still contain a reference to it (and one or two other misleading references).
