Next Actions in project list getting reset to gray color

I apologize for not logging in, but the system is slow to send me email.

I’m using .75.2 with the “.75 with dates” document. If I create a new project with some items, select one of those items to be a next action (click on the “Next” button) so the color of that item turns to pink, rebuild my document, that item does appear in my Next Action list, but in my projects list, the color changes back to light gray. I really like having the next action be a stand-out color in my project list.

Also on the same note, why are my items light gray anyways? I want them to be black, but no matter what I do, when I rebuild they always go back to light gray.
