Sync failure -missing file message - using iDisk?

I’m trying to set up kGTD so that I have access to the same file from home and work. I’ve got Omnioutliner installed on both machines, and the file on my iDisk. I can read the file, but I’m gettting the following message when I try to sync the file:

The script ‘sync’ could not complete.
AppleScript reported the following error:
ditto: /Volumes/dpeyre/Documents/Organization/Danas: No such file or directory
ditto: /KGTD: No such file or directory
