I know this is a matter of personal taste; but I prefer my outlines to look more …umm …well… outliny. But for the life of me I can’t figure out a way to consistently set Show Handles to “always” and children to Indented. None of the styles or outline levels seem to hold your more “hidden” prefs; they seem rather to be reset (to “Hover” and “0” indent) every time individual lines are re-reated or added. Is there anyway to change this permanently?
Oh and great work BTW.
Many Thanks

You raise a valid point. My original philosophy on the document look and feel was to really let everyone customize it as they want. There are a couple areas where i’ve taken liberties, like the handles. For the most part you can still customize everything other than those (e.g. you can change the styles to look as you wish).
I’ll explore options for restoring choice to the handle states.
Always versus Hover
Thanks Ethan. This would be especially useful now that you’re allowing super and subprojects etc. I’m occasionally creating subsubsubprojects and it would be nice to be able to always see which line has children.

Cool. I’d really like to see this change. The disappearing handles has been bugging me a bit. Sometimes I’ll delete a row thinking there’s nothing else in it because I can’t see the triangle.
